Children
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children above 6 years must pay the regular price. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. There are 0 capacity for extra beds / cots in the Queen-size rooms the Twin rooms. Maximum capacity of babycots in each apartment is 1.
Check in / Check out
You are able to check-in after 14:00h.
The room has to be vacanted till 12:00h. For a stay after 12:00h, you may be charged an additional 50% of the price of the room / suite.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
- 20 % VAT is included.
- Service charge is not applicable.
- City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Payment
You may arrange your bill in cash in Bulgarian Leva(BGN), euro(Eu) or USD($), as well as with all major credit cards:

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival with the amount equal to the first night stay for a guarantee of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by emailing us on
office@hotel-niky.com or calling us on 00359 2 9530110,00359 2 9523058. Please state your name and date of “check in” at the e-mail. You may cancel your booking for free up to 72 hours prior to arrival for individual reservations and 7 day for group reservations (5 or more people). Any cancellations received later than 72 hours prior to arrival at the Hotel or 7 day for groups will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night stay regarding the type of suite/room booked. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the first night stay.
Non-Refundable Policy
A reservation should be made at least 24h prior to arrival and should obtain a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. The total price of the stay will be charged on the day of booking and it is non-refundable. In cases of no-show, cancellation or modification of the reservation, the total amount charged for the accommodation will not be refunded (neither fully or partially).
